Very seldom do you see someone willing give up his or her life for someone else. I know most mommas would do that for their own children, and they might do it for someone else’s child. We know God did it for His Son, but Jesus took it a step further. Jesus was the one who went to the cross and died, not for people who deserved it, but for everyone who didn’t. “God demonstrated his love for us, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” The love of God is unbelievable. Jesus didn’t die for his then family, He died so that He could reunite us with Him and become family. He totally demonstrated a love that we can’t even imagine. Christ died for sinners. Not just the easy sin, or the socially acceptable sins, but for murders, thieves, and anyone who broke the law of God. Jesus gave up his life, so that we could become family. And family we are! We are brothers and sisters, and children of the Most High God. Not just His creation, but now his very kids. All that, because Jesus is full of grace. Jesus is… the one who paid for our sin
