Yesterday we talked about the value of young girls, teenagers and single women. Today I will address married women and senior ladies, and remind them of their value in the kingdom of God.
Married Women: Your husband wants you to need him, admire him and desire him. He wants your approval, respect, appreciation and affection. He’s not complex, but he’s not a simpleton. As women, we have great power over our men. They can be motivated to greatness by small words and gestures of love, admiration and support from us. You can set the atmosphere of your home by the words you speak and the attitude you project. We are spirit-controlled women who can override moodiness, over sensitivity, and our flesh by walking in love. Count your blessings, lavishly love your spouse, and find joy in life!
Senior Women: Your life is not over! You have a job to do on this earth, and you can be fruitful in every good work. Your wisdom and encouragement can help another woman raise Godly kids, have a better marriage, and live life more fully and you put the Titus 2 principle into action – let the mature women mentor/teach the younger women. You are needed and loved and we honor you for the years you have faithfully served the Lord.
